光绪年制银包瓷龙凤纹聚宝盆是一件极具清代特色的奢华器物，不是普通的日用瓷，而是作为陈设、祈福或大额财富象征的“摆件”。这类“银包瓷”工艺颇受贵族和富商青睐，既保留了瓷器的温润，又增添了金属的贵气。龙凤纹是极高等级的纹饰，龙为天子，凤为后妃，龙凤呈祥寓意“阴阳调和、帝后和谐、国泰民安”。这件聚宝盆制作于清朝光绪年间，具体时间在1875年至1908年之间。当时虽国力衰微，但宫廷仍追求华贵的器用。器物底部落有 ““光绪年制”的篆书款，表明其官窑或宫廷御用的身份，专供皇室贵族使用，非寻常百姓之物，有非常高的历史意义和收藏价值。The silver wrapped porcelain dragon and phoenix patterned treasure basin made in the year of Guangxu is a luxurious object with distinctive Qing Dynasty characteristics. It is not an ordinary daily porcelain, but a "ornament" used for display, prayer, or as a symbol of large wealth. This type of "silver clad porcelain" craftsmanship is highly favored by nobles and wealthy merchants, retaining the warmth of porcelain while adding the nobility of metal. The dragon and phoenix pattern is a highly advanced decorative pattern, with the dragon representing the emperor and the phoenix representing the empress dowager. The auspicious symbolism of the dragon and phoenix symbolizes the harmony between yin and yang, the harmony between the emperor and empress dowager, and the peace of the country and the people. This treasure trove was made during the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty, specifically between 1875 and 1908. Although the national strength was declining at that time, the court still pursued luxurious utensils. The tribe at the bottom of the artifact has seal script inscriptions of "Guangxu Year System", indicating its status as an official kiln or palace official, exclusively for the use of the royal family and nobles. It is not an ordinary item of the people and has very high historical significance and collection value.
